History

Established in 1998 in the capital city of Bhubaneswar, CSM Technologies is a CMMi5 IT Solutions & Services organization that has implemented 500+ projects in diverse markets such as government, enterprises and small business across multiple geographies in the world. Over a span of two decades, the organization has strengthened its family and expanded from 3 to 1600 employees. The pioneering efforts of the team in inculcating a culture of excellence and creativity in the organization have led to technology based innovations with a transformational impact on the way of doing business. With an overarching vision to be a thought leader, CSM Technologies continues to break thought barriers and progress, onwards and upwards.

    • Established CSM DWC LLC at Dubai that opens the gate for the MEA Countries and UAE Operations.
    • Mumbai PU set up with the implentation of Shindra-Bidkin greenfield project for MIDC
2015
    • Product launch: My City My Pride (MCMP), a mobile city grievance redressal system.
2014
    • Himachal Pradesh operations commenced, with the 1st ever solution in Land Management System for the State government's Town Planning & Coordination Department .
    • CSM also becomes one of the top 100 SMEs of India, as conferred by BoI and MSME.
2013
    • CSM becomes one amongst the 1st 5 names in Odisha to be CMMI level 3 certified.
    • With the 1st e-Governance project named DARS for Asset Tracking, CSM's Ethiopia Journey begins.
2011
    • Commenced operations at Patna, Bihar with 25 employees and 2 Projects.
2010
    • I3MS started as a Pilot for the Regulation, Monitoring & Control solution which went on to become the Benchmark for all Mining States and Industries
2009
    • Product Launch: e-Despatch, a Correspondence Management and Tracking solution for Government
    • Launched SAMS, a path-breaking solution that made the lives of 1 million students, much simpler through Online Admission, India's only solution till date in more than 600 colleges
2008
    • Highest Award of the State the Chief Minister's Award for being the IT Company with the Best Initiatives
    • Project e-Shishu for Govt. of Odisha – CSM's 1st 10-Million project went on to win the highest accolade in the country - Prime Minister’s Award, for Excellence in Public Administration
2007
    • Strengthens foothold in Sudan with HMS for military hospital Al-Amal and Water Tax Collection System, Kasala
2006
    • Greater Nile Oil Corporation (GNPOC), Sudan was the 1st Project of CSM that opened doors for business in Africa

    • Commenced operations in the Government sector, with the iconic www.aamagaon.com which later went on to become an Integrated Grievance Redressal system, Sanjog Helpline.

    • Project Management System for BP Ammaco becomes the first overseas contract implemented in Singapore, Vietnam, South Korea.
1998
    • CSM Technologies was conceived as an incubatee & 100% Export Oriented Unit under the patronage of STPI
