Job Profile
  1. To identify high potential business opportunities by scanning and monitoring multiple tender portals, industry platforms, marketplaces.

  2. Accurately capture and input detailed tender and lead information into the company’s ERP system, ensuring data is up-to-date, comprehensive, and correctly categorized

  3. Assess identified leads using predefined criteria (e.g., feasibility, profitability, technical fit) to ensure alignment with the company’s capabilities, strategic focus areas, and long-term goals.

  4. Partner closely with sales and pre-sales teams to facilitate a smooth handover of qualified leads, providing detailed insights and supporting documentation to enable effective follow-up and closure.

  5. Conduct preliminary market research to analyze the competitive landscape, potential customer needs, and refine the lead generation strategy to position the company advantageously.

  6. Engage directly with prospective clients during initial outreach to understand their requirements, present tailored solutions, and establish a positive rapport to strengthen business relationships. 

  7. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions (in-person or virtual) to represent the company’s offerings and gather critical feedback for refining proposals.

  8. Maintain meticulous and current records of all lead generation activities, qualification efforts, client interactions, and outcomes in the designated systems for transparency and accountability.

  9. Regularly prepare and present detailed reports on lead generation activities, success metrics, pipeline status, and areas for improvement to the Business Development Manager, contributing to strategic decision-making.

  10. Stay informed about the company’s evolving product portfolio, IT services, industry trends, and technological advancements to enhance lead generation effectiveness and credibility during client interactions.

  11. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build industry connections, promote brand visibility, and uncover untapped business prospects.


Candidate Profile
  1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. Fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in a business development or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment.

  3. Familiarity with tender portals and ERP systems is a plus.

  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and prioritize leads.

  5. Excellent organizational and data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  9. Diversity candidates will be preferred.

  10. Should be flexible to travel or relocate temporarily or permanently as per Company's need
