Job Profile
  1. Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with labor laws and company goals.

  2. Ensure policy compliance across all levels of the organization.

  3. Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy.

  4. Oversee statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and tax deductions.

  5. Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.

  6. Address and resolve complex employee grievances and workplace conflicts.

  7. Ensure employee relations and handle disciplinary actions professionally.

  8. Ensure all HR-related vendors comply with legal and contractual requirements.

  9. Manage exit formalities.

  10. Support HR initiatives for talent retention and development.

Candidate Profile
  1. Candidate should have experience in Statutory Compliances, Employee Relations and Payroll Management.

  2. Candidate must be able to handle workplace grievances and organizational changes.

  3. Candidate should be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  4. Candidate should be able to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

  5. Candidate should have very good communication and good interpersonal skill.

Qualification: MBA / PGDM
