CSM Tech is pleased to announce the participation of its Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Pradyut Mohan Dash, in a distinguished leadership round table on sustainability, hosted by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur. The event, held at Konark Auditorium, IIM Sambalpur Campus, Basantpur Odisha, brought together industry leaders, academics, and policymakers to explore innovative solutions for sustainable development. The round table focused on critical topics such as renewable energy, sustainable manufacturing practices, and the role of technology in mitigating climate change. He shared insights on key ESG initiatives and ongoing sustainability initiatives, highlighting advancements that our company is currently focusing on.

During the discussion, Mr. Dash emphasized the importance of a green coding campaign aimed at reducing energy consumption. He also detailed CSM Tech’s achievements in energy optimization, including the installation of EV charging points and the conversion of more than half of the company fleet, including shuttle vehicles, to electric vehicles. Additionally, he highlighted the company’s transition to sustainable cloud solutions, significantly reducing its environmental footprint by moving away from on-premises data centers. The discussion underscored the critical need for ongoing collaboration between academia and industry to foster substantial progress in sustainability. Mr. Dash emphasized that CSM Tech’s initiatives are not just about compliance but about setting new standards for the industry.
