This initiative marks a pivotal moment in CSM Tech's collaboration with the Gambian government. We have been entrusted by the Ministry of Finance & Economic Affairs (MoFEA) to design and deploy a comprehensive HRMIS under the Gambia Fiscal Management Development Project (GFMDP).
CSM Tech won the bid and contracted to prepare a strategy for the rollout of the system across all Ministries, Departments and Institutions within the framework of The Republic of Gambia. This World Bank-backed project aims to modernize and strengthen the fiscal management framework, aligning it with international best practices to facilitate sustainable economic growth.
