The award ceremony was held at the Government Transforming Odisha 2023 event: The emerging technology hub. Odisha has radically transformed and is emerging as an innovation and technology hub. The state has unveiled a New ICT Policy 2022 with the vision to transform Odisha into a leading investment destination for the global IT and electronics giants. After the superb success of the first edition of the conclave, ETGovernment - The Economic Times, in association with the Department of Electronics & IT, Government of Odisha, has organized the second edition of the conclave. The one-day ‘2nd Transforming Odisha Conclave 2023’, was held on 11 May 2023, at Vivanta, Bhubaneswar. The Conclave served as a platform for government officials, technology leaders, and luminaries from academia and other institutions to deliberate upon the fast-evolving economic landscape and technology ecosystem of Odisha.
