CSM Tech has been felicitated with the Odisha Best Employer Award 2023 in IT by the World HRD Congress in The Odisha Best Employer Brand Awards held on 27th APRIL 2023 at Hotel Sandy’s Tower, Bhubaneswar. The award was received from Hon’ble Minister of Forest and Environment of Odisha, Shri Pradip Kumar Amat by Mr. Ratandeep Mohanty, Associate VP - Talent Acquisition, HR, CSM Tech and his team. The other categories of awards were Top Most HR Leaders Awards, Odisha Best Brands & Odisha Women Leadership Awards and Odisha Education & Healthcare Leadership Awards. 11 women leaders were felicitated for their extraordinary contributions including the Mission Shakti of Odisha.
The event was graced by Dr R L Bhatia –Founder, of the World CSR Day & World Sustainability Congress, who presented the opening remarks and Mr. Lenin Mohanty, BJD leader and other renowned personalities and industry experts from different domains. In its 31st edition, the World HRD Congress is committed to bringing in newer futuristic ideas to promote its theme “Back to the Future”, encouraging and recognizing the organization that believes in trust, technology and agility at work to make themselves future-ready.
