Bhubaneswar: CSM’s Senior VP, Ranjan Mohanty was one of the eminent speakers of the event ‘SpeakUp’, the oratory committee of XIMB, conducted by the Colloquium’23 at Xavier’s Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar on 19th July 2023. The Colloquium is an annual event that hosted the event SpeakUp wherein seasoned orators and speech trainers were invited to address the new batch of management aspirants on the nuances of oration, diction, confident speech, and assertiveness.
The event celebrated the art of public speaking where stalwarts from different domains graced the occasion. Among the other speakers were Siddharth Ranjan, the CFO of Kalinga Hospital, Rosalin Dash, the Co-Founder of Sarna Foundation, and Abhishek Das and the CorpCom Lead of Nippon Steel. They shared their insights on myriad topics from leadership to effective communication skills. The enlightening and stimulating session provided valuable learning to the students who are embarking on a new challenging journey in their careers. The session was concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Prof. D.V. Ramana, and Saurabh Andani, the coordinator of SpeakUp.
