In a significant step toward enhancing transparency and accountability in India's food supply chain, the Food Corporation of India (FCI) has launched a dedicated Grievance Redressal System (GRS) mobile application specifically designed for rice millers. This new digital platform will streamline the grievance management process, making it more accessible and efficient for rice milling and procurement stakeholders.

The FCI GRS mobile application enables rice millers to lodge complaints and track the status of their grievances in real-time. As a tech partner, CSM Tech helps the app’s user-friendly interface ensure that users can easily access grievance forms, submit relevant documentation, and receive prompt updates on the resolution process. This innovative system aims to address millers' concerns swiftly and transparently, thereby strengthening trust and collaboration between FCI and the milling community.

This aligns with the Hon’ble PM’s vision of the ‘Digital India’ initiative. This mobile application aims to improve responsiveness and accountability by providing rice millers with a convenient platform to lodge complaints, monitor their status, and receive responses on their mobile devices in a digitized end-to-end manner. As part of its ongoing commitment to a digital transformation, FCI is committed to gathering user feedback and enhancing the app’s functionality based on stakeholders' needs.
