CSM Technologies proudly participated in the AI4SocialProtection – Overcoming Challenges and Creating Opportunities workshop held from 19–21 November 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand. The event, co-hosted by leading global organizations including the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ), Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the Digital Convergence Initiative (DCI), served as a platform to explore the transformative role of AI in enhancing social protection systems.
During the event, the International Social Security Association (ISSA) unveiled its 2024 report on Artificial Intelligence in Social Security Organizations. The workshop brought together over 100 policymakers, technology specialists, AI software providers, and social protection experts to discuss innovative solutions, challenges, and ethical considerations related to AI in social protection.
