In a significant event organized under the Mission Unnayan initiative for the Bihar Nurses Registration Council (BNRC), CSM Technologies Pvt. The event, inaugurated by Bihar's Honorable Health Minister Shri Mangal Pandey, showcased ongoing reforms to establish Bihar as a hub for globally recognized nursing professionals.
Mission Unnayan, spearheaded by the Bihar Health Department, encompasses seven transformative reforms to elevate nursing education and professional excellence. These include the Quality Rating of Institutes, Mentor-Mentee Program, Competency Certifications, PRERNA - Continuing Nursing Professional Development, e-Gyanodaya, Digital Platform, and e-Kshamata: Learning Management System.
Prominent organizations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), iHAT, Jhpiego, Piramal, and the University of Manitoba have partnered in this mission to uplift Bihar's nursing sector.
During the event, Shri Mangal Pandey lauded the innovative digital platform developed by CSM Technologies, which streamlines critical services such as registration, e-Application, affiliation, collaboration, and grievance redressal for the nursing community. The platform is designed to enhance ease of use, transparency, and operational efficiency, serving as a unified interface for students, professionals, and institutions.
The Health Minister presented Mr. Ashwini Kumar, Vice President (EBG) of CSM Technologies Pvt. Ltd., with a memento in recognition of this achievement.
