Safe working environment is what CSM ensures first for its employees. An awareness training programme was held to sensitize and promote an inclusive & safe work culture through open dialogues and conversations. Dr. Shradha Padhi & Dr. Isha Mishra of KIIT School of Management - KSOM were the trainers who conducted the session educating all on Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act and emphasized that harassment is not necessarily be limited to women only, it includes other genders like men and LGBQT. They encouraged everyone to be vociferous about any uncomfortable situation faced by them and inform the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of the organization. Confidentiality of such complaints should be of the highest priority of ICC mentioned the trainers. The training programme empowered the employees and the ICC through knowledge, information and the know-hows of its effective implementation.
