Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle like sourcing, screening and shortlisting CVs from job portals and internal database
Arranging interviews in person, telephonic & Video-conferencing mode
Maintaining interview status and updating the same in company’s portal and to candidates
Working on different job portals, employee referrals, social media etc.
Responsible for following up with candidates till joining & onboarding of resources.
Support the team in budget preparation, manpower planning etc.
Working on other HR related activities as & when required.
Should have excellent sourcing & screening skill in IT Recruitment.
Should have experience in working with BrighterMonday, Fuzu and other job portals.
Should have very good communication skill
Should be smart & personality should be very good.
