<p>To strengthen food security and social protection in Africa, an ICT-enabled Integrated Beneficiary Management System was implemented for the Government of Ethiopia(GoE) under its Productive Safety Net Programme (PSNP). The platform unified beneficiary targeting, enrolment, fund transfers, grievance redressal, and monitoring across multiple schemes, government and administrative levels. Replacing fragmented paper and spreadsheet-based systems, the solution enabled real-time visibility, accurate targeting, and scalable program delivery across regions. </p><p>Designed for low-connectivity environments, it supports Ethiopia’s shift from emergency aid to predictable, data-driven social protection while setting a replicable benchmark for large-scale welfare programs across Africa. </p><p><br></p>
